If the link begins with "http", instead of "https", the video is not fully loaded. I can replace the link, but I do not want to lose position. Let's wait for Telegram to respond. Declined by admin Dooks is right. This is a "bug" on your side. Since this website (editor) is using https, your browser doesn't allow for http content to be loaded. On mobile devices the IV looks good and the video loads perfectly.
