The whole purpose of the article is the description of special offer from some organization to members of TT Club. And while the description of that organization is preserved, the marked up part is the offer itself which is arguably the main part of the article.

It is marked as "ContentAd" in page code. So I do not think that it should be shown. Maybe it is useful in this particular case, but not in all cases.

This text block seems very relevant to the article. If a template removes essential content from an article, that is a valid issue.
