this is a hidden paragraph; that is not displayed on the site under any circumstances, neither through css, nor through js, neither on the pc nor on the smartphone.
It is a description that must appear only as a description of the Link Preview ... and it is certainly not part of the title / kicker

It is used in the description, it is what 'kick' you to click on the link and open the article, so it is a kicker.
Also, if we are talking tags, it is a <p> inside <article id="post_content">, so it's intended to be visible, but current site theme is hiding it. This can change any moment and your template will be removing content.
Also, nowhere in "4. Content to Be Removed" it mentions that you can remove text content from the article, and it is in the <article>.
Also, remove "display:none" and you'll see it is right under the title.
