checklist says "Social media links and buttons removed", and this image link is not essential content for the article, it is just link to this site's official instagram

- You are wrong, this is not the case, it's explicitly says that it must be consistent and identifiable.
"6.3.6 Social media links
Sharing buttons and other interface-based links must be removed as per 4.
Many articles include something like “check out our facebook page” at the end of every text. Such links must be removed if they are consistently placed in an identifiable container."
There is no indication/tag/class of this being a social link and it's not consistent (this is the first and only article that i've found it into).
There is no secure and reliable way to remove it without risk of removing legitimate content. You can regex for 'Instagram' and remove a legitimate image that points to related instagram post/comments in another article, future or past. Also, are you going to regex for every social media site out there in your template?
