This block is a navigation link to the article's gallery, not a related article.

Also, there is a problem with how it's formatted; when rendered by IV the user will see:

Guarda la Galleria "Il Mondo sulle Spalle, il film tv di Rai 1 con Beppe Fiorello"
"Il Mondo sulle Spalle, il film tv di Rai 1 con Beppe Fiorello"

and that's not great.

But I look at your actual template №36 and you also made this link <related>. What's your problem? Strange dualism.
So called "navigation link to the article's gallery" is link to related article because these pages are very related and both has IV by default in every contestant's template
