Time is wrong. If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser.

If you select this "08 de Marzo..." you will see <span property="dc:date"> with content="2019-03-08T20:00:00-06:00".
I used this property because this one displayed on the page + UTC correction.
