- I choose to show it as subtitle, because this text is separeted from the main text. Also, it is near the p class="lead", styles of which are identical to IV's subtitle. They used p class="lead" pre-2015/2016 or so, but now the text is still on that place, is semantically the same and is separeted from the main article by social buttons.
The probem is, if you show it as bold or italic - it will be interflown with other text. Here you can see bold (В марте Метинвест выступил с инициативой), but there are pages with italics, too. And if you show it without formatting at all, it will just look bad.
