So You mustn't make <related> any elements which doesn't contains π—Ήπ—Άπ—»π—Έπ˜€ inside.
And You should remember that classes are Your helpers and nothing more.
And finally, You resubmitted Your template few hours ago so You can just fix Your bug and make Your template more robust.

We can make any additional checks if we want. The important detail is that this block ALWAYS contains links if it used correctly. EVERYWHERE (right now, just one place, and probably there isn't more) where it is not, it is by mistake, not by design. I shouldn't fix site editor's mistakes in one 2016 article.
