The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't clearly understand you. Page has unsupported content so "No Instant View availbable" which means that my template didn't generate IV with unsupported content. What's wrong?
