Header in related should be deleted according to new rules.

6.3.2.1. "You may leave “inline” related links in the middle the article. If you do, these <related> blocks must not have headers (unless the header contains critical information)."

I think that the “inline” related links refer to links alone in a paragraph, or inside the text, not formatted as a block, as in this case.
