This line should be separated from the lead of the paragraph, since this is the title of one of the topics discussed in the newspaper. Without a space, it seems like part of the lead.
Also, italic paragraphs are not formatted.

The leading paragraph is bold and very different from the rest. There is no possibility to define the italic paragraph properly, since this text only has the <div class="fs-i block-s> tag, which can mean anything
