This block must be visually separated from the main text (with <hr> for example). <mark> must not be used, since there's no marked text in the article

- There is a markup mistake, that can't be processed by IV correctly. I didn't notice it when created the issue:

Highly recommended to report such original markup mistakes in appeals. It's not obligatory to fix them in templates.
I will revert the issue. But the template won't be restored, since there are other issues.
