In origin this element is not the part of article

- You're not right, it's part of article. Article is about autos, this photo is totally related and have same author with cover photo.
This image is not link & not meta/cover image of articles from "related" block. I think, it's correct to keep this img in body of article.

- Related links are optional, but related images are to be removed. Also, you're placing a divider between related image and links so that it appears that the image is a part of the article.
