Issue #2
Sorry for duplicating the issue, i'm replying to https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/vesti-ukr.com/template63/issue1/ . That text container has class="owner" and in 90+% of cases there are exactly image source so cases where it contains other info(description etc) can be considered as article editor's mistake. It is more correctly to format it as <cite>

- Again, i think it's a bad idea and against the rules. You can't _clearly_ identify media credits and it's not 90% cases. It took like one minute to find article with no credits (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/vesti-ukr.com/template65/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fvesti-ukr.com%2Fstrana%2F317815-kak-arma-sozdaet-superahentstvo-po-upravleniju-zhd-vahonami-rassledovanie-vestej-) and you mark it's caption as <cite> which is clearly wrong. At least for now rules says: "must be preserved ... provided it is technically possible to reliably identify them". A-a-and guess what? It's technically impossible.
