Issue #6
- Anton S.
- I don't know your template/issue, but parsing and adjusting to UTC+0 is optional.
A typical user of this site from Vienna will get the date of an IV page adjusted to their timezone (UTC+1). In case of this site and my template he will see correctly 17:10, if you don't parse it by subtracting -1 he will see 18:10 (because of 17:10 +1) and this will be not correct.
In other cases, when the target of the site is not clear, it's less desirable to parse the date, but not in this case where it's clear as the sun.

- The author is right. It is possible for a perfect template to display a date/time that looks different than the original (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-1-2-date-and-time).

I just reported my experience and in the case of discording date report the one that the user sees. I raise the same UTC argument and lost to @admin appeal.
I lost a template to this, I tried to warn you, do what you think is right.
