of course it's not suitable to be cover it's part of the dialog of the article not the main image of the article so it's not suitable to be cover
and according to (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-2-2-cover-images) and since it represented in the source code like any image don't have special tag or special id or class hence it's not suitable to be cover image
