Misclick with link. This page is not dynamic.

This page is ok because when list of albums is updated it gains new URL.
For example this page: https://www.vulture.com/2019/04/best-albums-2019.html
Some page from 2018: https://www.vulture.com/2018/11/the-best-albums-of-2018-so-far.html
Final page from 2018: https://www.vulture.com/2018/12/best-albums-2018.html

As you see all "Best Albums" pages have own unique URLs so it's ok.
