It seems that the template author has decided not to support these kind of pages.

These represent static content and if one takes a look at the URL, it contains the keyword "articol" (meaning article).

There is no reason not support this article even if it as an additional download link. It is a book presentation page and can be fully supported in IV.

A lot of websites have the keyword "article" in a non-article pages like the main page, that doesn't change anything. You need to look by yourself and check if its an article-like page. and this page isn't an article. supporting this page is unnecessary.
