الغربية-it is not related to author name.It is translated as Gharbia which is name of region

website is used to set author in div with class
class="field field-name-title field-type-ds field-label-hidden"
and they sometimes add the region before the author name while this website in Egypt and so we can't get list of regions the website will use and its spelling
and while the website set the whole text as author so it is not safe to use regex to remove text before dash also sometimes they use (_) underscore
here check your template fail to remove "المنوفية" which is a region name also
