Text on original page is placed inside <blockquote>. IV supports that tag/text formatting option.

- It's placed inside <blockquote>, but it's not a quote, that's a tag misuse. No reason to save that formatting.
Furthermore, the image below this text is placed in that <blockquote> too, but that's exactly the reason of that issue: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/ast-news.ru/template7/issue3/ (ELEMENT_NOT_SUPPORTED: <img> inside <blockquote>). So, do you want the whole tag structure preserved, or do you think we should aim for the adequate representation?
