Анон Михалыч Author is present - but not in CLEAR way. While regular user can identify it - there is no good way to extract it programmatically. Parsing structure information is always a bad idea and can lead to unxepected errors. I.e. on this page [http://www.centrasia.ru/news2.php?st=1496404440] your template gets author information wrong. I believe that on this site author's records should be left where they belong - as part of text (or header in this case) Declined by admin The author name is optional in this case.
