Issue #1
Jun 3, 2017
|
Unfortunately, the site header, social buttons and a large number of article recommendations clutter the page.

Dynamic content pages should not be targeted.

Template #3 |
Issue #1

|
it should be displayed as author and date, not as separate paragraph

Template #4 |
Issue #1

Sorry, but that is *not* the cover photo caption. It is actually the lead paragraph. Adding it as a cover caption is rather confusing, because it depicts the summary of the entire article (you can translate it if you doubt me) as belonging to the photo. Speaking of the source code, you'll see that the cover photo has an accompanying div.imageDescription that is not used. Reference: https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-11-subtitle

Issue #2

There are some leftovers: a photo that seems like a GIF-like pixel, which are better to be removed and an anchor pointing to nothing at all.

Please remove such BB-codes, even if they are rendered in the original article. It's but a small effort that helps users not having to experience meaningless text.

Issue #3
Jun 17, 2017
|
Cover photo caption has merged with lead paragraph. Please separate them, as it's semantically correct.
|
Template #4 |
Issue #3
Jun 17, 2017
|
Cover photo caption is missing, lead paragraph has been put instead. Please also note that the entire caption is bold, which is an oddity.

|
The second author is missing (Scutaru Cristina).
|
Template #3 |
Issue #4
Jun 17, 2017
|
Page should not be rendered, for it is a dynamic article listing page.
|
Template #5 |
Issue #1
Jun 17, 2017
|
incorrectly put date as news author

Template #6 |
Issue #1
Jun 17, 2017

The lead paragraph (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lead_paragraph) has been marked as being a pull quote. The Checklist recommends using bold or italic text, or no formatting at all. Pull quotes have a semantic meaning of its own, meaning text that is taken from the content in order to highlight it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pull_quote).

Issue #2
Jun 17, 2017
|
This page is a dynamic page and must not be rendered. Instead, the template throws an error. If the unsupported content is ever going to be implemented in IV, the user will be served outdated content.

Issue #3

One last BB code left, please review previously accepted issue: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/dcnews.ro/template4/issue2/

Issue #4
Jun 17, 2017
|
Read more paragraphs are actually marked as headers (<h3>). This makes the Read more sections stand out more than the text, which is actually much more important. Please see my template for a possible solution (removing them entirely).
|
Template #6 |
Issue #5
Jun 18, 2017
|
This is not a "Read More sections are not removed", but rather "Read More sections are marked as headings". Headings lay out the structure of a document, these insertions have no semantic meaning as headings and should either be represented as simple paragraphs (or similar) or be entirely removed.

Missing lead paragraph.

Issue #2

Publication date is wrong (on IV displayed current date instead of article date). Issue is present in all articles where author of article is not set (Example: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/dcnews.ro/template8/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dcnews.ro%2Fcentrala-nucleara-pacs-austria-se-opune-proiectului-rusia-ungaria-unde-sunt-ong-urile-din-romania_561941.html)
