Author and date should be respectively on the author and published_date attributes and not on a paragraph

Publication date is missing.

The IV view is broken:
- The second part with the answers is missing
- The first part with the questions should NOT be concatenated into a single line without line breaks

I understand that FAQs pages are optional. So the template author can choose to generate it or not. But if he chooses to generate it, shouldn't he do it right? Isn't it critical that an IV, missing 90% of the source content, is generated?

As I understand "optional", it means that if you choose to support it, the page should be reliable. It is not the case here. Someone viewing this page will miss almost all the source content (as I understand it, this isn't the goal of the IV project).

I'm sorry to resubmit it. Especially if I'm missing a point.
