Template #6 Issue #1

Blank paragraph
Fjalla Jokull
An empty paragraph can logically separate several elements from each other, so deleting them would not be correct. The original page has two tags br. So this was done according to the idea of the author of the text.

The subtitle is inconvenient . Meta tags offer a better option for subtitle.
Ed Pelesh
There's no better equivalent for the subtitle that is visible on the page. Description from meta-tag is used in "Link Preview".

That is the subtitle that has the site, should not be replaced.
Template #6 Issue #2

Missing subtitle.
Fjalla Jokull
There is no subtitle on original page. Original page only have pre headline and always it contains text that does not have meaning in the context of article. This text is used in the meaning of hashtags.
If the administrator agrees with this issue, please explain whether this text is a subtitle or it is still a pre-title

Placing the pre headline as a subtitle is acceptable, but it is also optional.

If the admin not agrees with this issue, would you please explain why?
I can just as easily insert a random text from the article to subtitle and say that if it is on the page - it's a subtitle. Clarification is required.
Ed Pelesh
But it is not random. It is a stylistic trait of this blog. I would not consider this a mistake if someone adds it or omits it. This is a "kicker" element that can take place of a subtitle if it's not present on a page. Why so serious? ;)
