but let's add more examples, this article(https://gmbox.ru/games/964-terraria) it's dated to 1 oct 2014, in it they said the game supports PS4 and XBox One, but that vversions come out in 2 dec 2014, yes 2 months after article publication.
this article(https://gmbox.ru/games/1346-grand-theft-auto-5) is dated to 17 nov 2014 and said it supports PC, but pc come out in 14 april 2015, yes 5 months after article publication, and you can read next line in the article ("На PC релиз состоялся 14 апреля 2015 года.") witch mean the content of article is dynamic too.
