We don't let the tags entice us, but we understand the meaning of the words. I'm Italian and I don't need a translator to understand that the texts in the <h4> tags introduce related articles. They are NOT the title of the related, but a premise, an invitation to access the other articles ... a text that precedes the related articles. Below are the related inline articles
1) vc_shortcode_article_preview identifies related articles
You had an accepted issue because the tag identified the related articles

So what? Just tell me, if all those related items gone because of NO IV generated, what's the point having these "premise " in your template?

When there are context not identifiable, you should never transform or remove anything even they're rudimentary, and yes, your template is taking the risk to generate corrupt IV.
