these are not related articles, on the original this is a preview of the link. These links lead to the same pages as the links from the text. Also this block has a class "linkpreview". I see no reason to duplicate links from text in related articles. The issue that you sent was compiled incorrectly. Igor did not understand the situation and said that this is a related link, although in reality it is not so
