Those link doesn't work in IV, so they can be removed.

First, thanks. They're "footnotes" and working in IV mode. Their mission is to open a link to see the line of the footnote (or source). Maybe, they aren't fully-compatible but it doesn't mean they're unnecessary. When you click to one of them, it will open a link with the necessary #anchor.

Just tested this on Telegram. These links don't open anchors inside the IV page, instead they open anchors on the page in the in-app browser.
