- Those image captions are not included in the mobile version of the web page on purpose. If it's good enough for the author and the designer of the website, it's good enough for me :) But if the admin accepts this issue, I'll add a version with those captions included. Which I've already done, but commented out.

- If the article uses images/videos/GIFs with captions as the main medium, those images should not be presented as a slideshow (e.g.: travel blogs that show many photos with captions, step-by-step crafting guides, cooking recipes, etc.). - I am not creating a slideshow out of article images. I am creating a slideshow out of article slideshow. The rule you referenced doesn't apply for this case, since it's nothing like the things you mention. And if you check the first paragraph of that rule, you can see that it's actually mandatory to create slideshow for this kind of content.

- You don't know that. Author may be any person, especially when user uploads "nice" photos to make a gallery with sunsets, for example. Anyways, there is no indication that photographer is the author of the article and all the texts. But he's mentioned in the articlem, which resolves issue.

- Sorry, but this is just a poor job of the author. There is no distinction between a text and figcaption in this case. No class, no id, nothing. There is only <strong>. If I add a caption to this, it would not generalize. In fact, it would work only for this page. And probably destroy other IVs by turning <strong> text following an image. Which in most cases are little subtitles in the article.

- For this specific article it's only one sentence. But in similar sections in the website text content ranges from one sentence to multiple sentences. It's clearly part of the article, and turning these slideshows into serialized images wouldn't generalize well. So I decided to keep them as slideshows. I don't think this issue should be accepted. It looks better and definitely generalizes better this way.

- If the only content of the page is a gallery + its description, no slideshow should be used in the IV. We've further clarified the checklist to make this more obvious, thank you for your comment.
As you can see, this whole section consists entirely of articles that have a slideshow + a short description (it doesn't matter if it's one sentence or 3-4-5, the point is that the slideshow is the main content).
