This is a service page (FAQ).
Yeah, site use regular posts as service pages and that's why it is pretty hard to distinguish them. However, they can be distinguished pretty well, since accessible from the footer of the website. All of them are in the footer. I believe issue will have no sense if there is a service pages, that can't be accessed this way (that means that pretty every post can be a service page) and will be with my template, but I haven't found any.
