It's not safe to rely on <meta> to parse dates because they are not consistent and dependable. The safest way is to parse what the user sees.
I'm parsing "23 hours ago" with @datetime as it's the only way to get consistent times the user sees.

You're using: var load_time = '2019-04-16 06:30:03'
Which is updated every time the page is loaded
