There is a problem with how related block is formatted; when rendered by IV the user will see:

Guarda la Galleria "Il Mondo sulle Spalle, il film tv di Rai 1 con Beppe Fiorello"
"Il Mondo sulle Spalle, il film tv di Rai 1 con Beppe Fiorello"

and that's not great because of unnecessary repeating of itself.

Don't see any problem with it. it is safer not to remove caption, who knows what'll become with it in future
