Therefore, it has a weird autogenerated class name ("CToWUd"). Moreover, all images in Gmail messages seem to have this class. Therefore, I don't think it's worth it to write a case specifically for this image as it may break something else later. Accepted by admin The image is indeed in the wrong place. It would be advisable not to use it as a photo and fall back on the 'alt' that contains a suitable emoji and display that in the IV.
