This page has broken markup, there is an unclosed tag in this block. IV sees the next paragraph as plain text, there is no way to select it without hardcode. Such an error is only in this article, in other articles such blocks are allocated as it should. It seems to me in that issue that you indicated, the admin did not look at the code and did not see the cause of the problem
