Things like one (or even a couple—this site's editors are really cack-handed) page with a broken layout (https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/vesma.today/template67/issue1/; and of course I shouldn't have resubmitted my template and submit an appeal instead) don't make a valid exception to claim that it can't be reliably identified.
