See 6.1 in checklist Dmitry Author name is required only if it is presented in the source article in a clear way (at the top of the page, at the very end of the text, etc.), especially if there's a name of an actual person. There is no author name mentioned on the page. The only source is mentioned on the bottom of page ("По материалам: Украинская правда") is going under rule "6.7. Source links". It is more like "via" and not an author. Declined by admin Dmitry is right here. Only if it would be a real person's name it should be shown here.
