- This is a WordPress shortcodes that should be replaced on the server side.
It seems this site have some sort of bug (probably missing plugin).
There are a lot of similar shortcodes that renders as text:

Imo it is a zone of responsibility of site creators (not template makers) so I reported this bug via contact form.
I'm pretty sure they will easily fix it in a few days.
Last but not least: your template handle some [php] tags bad, for example:
