IV pages do not support tables, but this doesn't mean that any page containing a table layout should not generate IVs. Simple TWO-COLUMN TABLES CAN BE RENDERED INTO LISTS without loss of information and legibility.

Converting tables to lists made it worse - table headers is merged into list item. I think it's a bad idea to convert tables with TH to lists

There's no figcaption in the source, and I think it's misleading showing its `alt` here.

Those figcaption does not exist in the source, I know it's extracted from `alt`, but its meaning is duplicated with the source text already there.
