Element_not_supported, cuz have Table, but this table two-columns: 6.8.1. Tables IV pages do not support tables, but this doesn't mean that any page containing a table layout should not generate IVs. Simple TWO-COLUMN TABLES CAN BE RENDERED INTO LISTS without loss of information and legibility.

Those figcaption does not exist in the source, I know it's extracted from `alt`, but its meaning is duplicated with the source text already there.

Alright, I'll repeat it again, the alt here is totally unnecessary, the image itself already has it.

Dividers are meant to separate parts of the article. In this case dividers "wrap" the highlighted note, I think that's an incorrect usage of them. Note that such blocks on the site give some additional information to the previous paragraphs. I think the most appropriate solution in to to wrap them with <aside>, or at least with <em>.

If conflicting dates are stored in multiple places on the source page, preference should be given to the time that is visible to the ordinary user who views the page in a browser.
