Deleted Account Not really, they look almost the same in your article. Also logic of this nesting is broken on original site anyway. These subheaders are in fact headers (check their meaning). It looks like they're inputting it by hand every time, there are typos different formattings, etc. So this is pretty unreliable and can cause wrong time displayed.
