Romania's de-facto timezone is GMT+2, displaying the local time (as in the original page) instead of UTC would make the displayed date and time two hours off.

Checklist §6.5: "Tip: Please don‘t include meaningless alt-text as captions (e.g., the Playstation blog always puts the name of the corresponding game in the alt attribute of all screenshots – there’s no need to reproduce that on the IV page.)"

I am well aware that adding captions to cover images was in good faith, but there is simply no reason to include captions such as this one (the word translates as "rent"). Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case, for all image captions found by myself are less than 5 words, and either repeat the title or are completely obvious in relation to the image at hand. Also, do note that the caption is not immediately visible to the user, the user having to click or hover over the image to obtain the rather redundant caption, which also doubles as an "alt" text.
