Not a problem if site authors use it for caption sometimes. But since there are no other caption tags nearby on such pages, I will change it to <figcaption>, because it is possible based on previous admins decisions. Accepted by admin It seems that figcaption is better than cite in this case.

It’s not obvious that there is a Czech version (as related block is at the end of the article). If the IV is not generated for that Czech page, the reader won't have the chance to see Czech version. Also it is not good for the reader to get exactly the same article as ‘related’. Agreed with the reporter here.
