Image in blockquote is not supported in IV, this templates separate the whole images block from its parent `blockquote`, that's why its header "Meet the Advisory Board of E-tail Asia 2015:" is in another block, it's misleading for reading, I don't think it make sense.

there is no appeal opportunites so let's continue discuss here.
1) to present image with <figcaption> to <pic> without <figcaption> as admin suggested is bad idea because of <figcaption>
2) so I want to know what admin think about allowability of dividing blockquote with images to array of blockquotes with images between them with saving order of blocks. I think it's reasonably. All article is keeped readable and understandable.
We have no task to literally transfer source code to IV, we must correct transform it to IV. Or may be there is paragraph about this case in checklist? If so I will accept this desicion

Template was resubmitted, so I'll repeat, that according to checklist: "The cover must not be set if the cover image is duplicated in the article"

And question to admin: why all my issues to this domain contestants about duplicated covers with various examples were declined (and were declined without any comments) if checklist has clear point on it? Please, if you go against checklist rules, explain your position. At least for the future domains I need understand this point, because now I see identical images and I made template where cover is shown only if it's not duplicated in the article, and I see no reason to decline issues

Sorry for one more issue: there is no possibility to answer in previous issue, but problem is interesting by its own. You quotes one statement from checklist, I quote another. But I don't think that our image comletely matches statement "if the image is “featured-img”, “cover”, “lead_img”, “main_image”, etc." In our case image has class "thumbnail" and thumbnail is something smaller than cover...
But generally it's funny that here we have one more couple of checklist's statements that goes against each other
