Слегка отбиваем эти куски и нарезаем из них полоски.
Готовим соус. Для этого смешиваем в сотейнике сметану, томатную пасту и бульон. Солим и перчим по вкусу, доводим до кипения. Отставляем соус в сторону.
Куриное мясо панируем в муке, но потом его помещаем в дуршлаг, чтобы стряхнуть лишнюю муку.
Лук нарезаем и слегка пассеруем на сковороде с разогретым маслом.
Выкладываем на лук курицу. Огонь - сильный. Мясо с луком все время мешаем, жарим 5-6 минут.
Потом помещаем мясо в сотейник с соусом и на медленном огне тушим здравствуйте бефстроганов 20 минут.
К бефстроганову на гарнир обычно подается картофель, но к бефстроганову из курицы хорошо подойдет рис или макаронные изделия.

Incluso, el PCE nunca supo comprender la situación de Cataluña, Euskadi y Galicia, muy a pesar de las reflexiones de Dolores Ibárruri, en los años 70. Esa incomprensión ha contagiado del mismo irracional raciocinio a IU por tantos años y que lo manifiesta con mayores contradicciones últimamente, como para empujar y apoyar el fraccionamiento de organizaciones, supuestamente hermanas, en Cataluña.
Los mismo que hoy día señalan con sombra criminalizadora, desde IU, el reclamo de autodeterminación en Cataluña, son los que reflejan ese eurocomunismo que desvió al PCE a finales de los 70 y durante los años 80 (incluso para condenar a Cuba por ayudar en la independencia de Angola y que ayudó a la independencia de otros pueblos africanos y a derrotar el Apartheid sudafricano).
Ahora IU demana un modelo federal ¿A qué estilo? ¿Al estilo del izquierdismo (como señaló Lenin), del perjudicial eurocomunismo que termina abdicando de la lucha emancipadora de los pueblos... o respetará la voluntad del pueblo catalán?
Izquierda Unida no es referente fidedigno para sancionar el llamado "procès" catalán ni jugará papel alguno en la solución política de este tema, mientras mantenga actitudes como las sostenidas hasta ahora.
El artículo es la visión de IU del tema catalán.
Por lo que creo que el tratamiento "noticioso" tan equidistante que se le da en el artículo, se vuelve irrespetuoso con el pueblo catalán y duele ver que es publicado en Prensa Latina.
